Q: Can I see a sample of your flowers, before ordering?
A: Yes, we suggest that once you have chosen the collection you love, order the Brides Toss Bouquet. They are usually around $20 plus shipping and handling, and they have at least one of every flower from the collection you select. This will help to alleviate any doubts you have about silk flowers, the quality of our products, and the color hue of each flower.
Q: How far in advance should I order my flowers?
A: We suggest allowing at least six weeks for delivery of your order, eight to ten weeks during peak season (March-August). If you are having something custom-made, you need to add about 4 weeks for design time.We also suggest that you e-mail us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your timeline and that we have all the flowers you want in stock. This helps to avoid disappointment.
Q: Can I have flowers custom-made for me?
A: Yes, almost all of our arrangements can be made with different color flowers and ribbons. If you have something special you would like, you can purchase on the "Custom Orders" page the "Custom Order-Preview Design" charge and then just e-mail us and tell us what you have in mind, and we will e-mail a quote and photo for approval to you as soon as we can. You can even email pictures of what you want and we can try to re-create it for you. The design charge is to protect us from spending thousands of dollars a year creating bouquets for people who weren't even getting married. It is non-refundable unless you purchase the design at which time the fee will be deducted from your total order. You can find our e-mail address on the Contact Us and About Us pages.
Q: How are the flowers packaged?
A: Your order will be shipped in new boxes, never used. We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Q: Is there any assembly required?
A: All of your flowers arrive ready to go. The boutonnieres and corsages even come with pins and the reception centerpieces have votives to surround them with light. As with all silk flowers, a little fluffing may be required after shipping.
Q: Is my personal information safe on this site?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our checkout page is secure and encrypted. We do not sell or share your information to any third party. Your information is used only to process your order!
Q:How do I pay for my order?
A: You can pay for your order online during checkout. After you have selected all the items you want, simply click on "Check Out" on the top menu buttons and you will be taken to the payment section. Payment is made in full at time of checkout with a credit card or PayPal. If you would like to place a custom order, please email us first with your needs and we will email a quote back to you. Once you have accepted the quote we will tell you how to pay for your order.
Q: I don’t have a credit card. Is there any other way to pay?
A: Yes, we also accept PayPal, and money orders.
Q: How much is the shipping going to cost?
A: Shipping is calculated during the checkout.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: At Weddings Made For You we feel we accurately depict the quality of our products in our photos and we always suggest ordering a toss bouquet, from the collection you love, to see the quality and the true colors with your own eyes before ordering. However, should there be a need to return an item, you can do so within the first 10 days from delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and not missing any flowers. If return requirements have been met, you will receive a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee and a small charge to cover credit card gateway processing fees. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. (IMPORTANT: If your flowers smell like smoke, there will be no refund issued at all!) There are no refunds for custom-made orders!
