PACKING AND SHIPPING
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AS OF RIGHT NOW. HOWEVER, PLEASE CHECK BACK AS WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ARRANGING TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. THOSE LIVING IN HAWAII AND ALASKA, PLEASE EMAIL US TO SEE IF SHIPPING WILL BE POSSIBLE AND WHAT THE COST WOULD BE.
Shipping and handling charges are applied at checkout. Shipping charges include insurance to cover the monetary value of your order.
We ship via UPS.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Damage: We take great care in packing and handling your items and are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping. If damage does occur during shipping, we will help to speed the insurance process along in any way we can.
RETURN POLICY
At Weddings Made For You, we feel that we accurately portray our products in our photo enlargements AND recommend ordering the toss bouquets to see the quality of our product. However, if you have to return an item, you can do so within the first 10 days from delivery. All items must be returned in there original packing, unused, undamaged, and not missing any flowers. If return requirements have been met, you will receive a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee and a small charge for credit card and payment gateway processing fees. You will be responsible for return shipping. (IMPORTANT: If your flowers smell like smoke, no refund will be issued at all!)
There are absolutely no refunds made for custom orders, since these are created especially for you!
